Your role as a Construction Project Coordinator

Key responsibilities:

Your role as a Project Coordinator, Construction

NewCold is seeking a Project Coordinator to help driveforward the administrative process during the construction and development ofour automated cold storage warehouse. As the Project Coordinator, you will be acritical member of the onsite project team, by helping to ensure alladministrative and development related needs and requirements are achieved.This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional professional seekingexposure to a large-scale construction project.


What you will be doing:
Collects and distributes construction and design reports.
Manage contractor documentation from premobilization to close out.
Track the status of key project deliverables, open issues, and action items.
Maintain construction office and prepare for site visits and meetings for internal and external visitors.
Maintain contractor compliance documentation such as insurance, passports/Visas, etc.
Track and log deliveries of Material Handling Equipment from Specialty Contractors.
Work closely on site with NewCold Project Team, General Contractor, and all Specialty Contractors on site.
Any additional general administrative tasks to strengthen and support the project execution phase.

What you bring to the table:
At least 2 years of experience working in an administrative support role.
Prior experience with a development and/or construction company a plus
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and is a self-starter.
Must be able to work on the construction site Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week.
Proficiency with MS office suite required.
Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Previous supply chain logistics and/or warehousing experience a plus

Educational Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field
