Associate Project Manager

The Role We’re seeking a Associate Project Manager (AI Solutions) to support our client delivery team. This is not a development role, but you’ll be embedded in AI-first projects, helping manage timelines, budgets, communications, and scope across multiple client engagements. You’ll work closely with senior project leads, engineers, and client stakeholders to ensure projects stay organized and on track. This role is perfect for someone who is excited about AI, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how AI-powered solutions are delivered in real-world business settings. Responsibilities Project Coordination: Track tasks, deliverables, and milestones in tools, ensuring alignment across internal and client teams. Communication: Draft and send follow-up emails, meeting notes, and weekly client updates with clear key summaries and next steps. Timeline & Scope Management: Monitor project schedules and budgets, flag risks early, and help maintain scope alignment. Client Engagement: Support client calls, document requirements, and make sure questions, issues, and decisions are tracked and resolved. Documentation: Prepare project artifacts such as agendas, status reports, and basic project documentation for handoff and training. AI-First Mindset: Stay curious about AI capabilities, tools and workflows so you can speak the language of AI projects and partner effectively with technical leads. Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and suggest ways to make our delivery smoother, faster, and more predictable. Qualifications 1 – 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or client-facing roles (tech/SaaS preferred). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication – concise, clear, professional. Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or similar). Comfortable with ambiguity in fast-moving projects, with a proactive mindset. Passion for AI, automation, and emerging technology (experience not required, but curiosity is a must).
