Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a South Dakota license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: - Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. - Previous Sanford Health employment requires an end date at least 6 months prior to submission; the same 6-month break applies to Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System locations. - Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Unit Details: - Ortho/Neuro medical-surgical unit. - Typically 1:4-5 on days and 1:5-6 on nights.

Shift & Scheduling: - Straight weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun). Every other holiday.

Floating Requirements: - Will float to any MS or Tele unit requested by the facility that falls within scope of practice.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission
