Associate Product Manager, Peripheral Intervention

Becton Dickinson seeks an Associate Product Manager to manage its Drainage product portfolio and support a major global product launch. The role involves commercialization strategy, portfolio management, cross-functional collaboration, and market-leading product development across peripheral intervention solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage Drainage product portfolios including Navarre, Safe-T-Centesis, and Thora-Para to drive revenue growth and market adoption
- Support commercial readiness for major global product launch including launch plans, training, and sales enablement
- Develop portfolio marketing initiatives and customer engagement strategies to strengthen awareness and adoption
- Create market models, competitive assessments, and forecasting tools to identify growth opportunities
- Lead product lifecycle management including line extensions, SKU optimization, and discontinuation strategies
Requirements
- 4-year college degree
- At least 2 years of product management, marketing, business analytics, or related commercial experience
- Strong cross-functional partnership and stakeholder relationship skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven organizational and project management capabilities
- Data interpretation and business trend analysis skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
