Your Impact Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and meaningful financial reporting Oversee consolidations across domestic and international entities, including complex intercompany accounting and eliminations Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and broader financial strategy Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting frameworks to support a growing organization Deliver financial insight and analysis that help business leaders make informed decisions Support an expanding global footprint, including multi-currency accounting and foreign exchange considerations Develop, mentor, and inspire a high-performing accounting team Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the accounting function What Sets You Apart Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred Experience leading complex accounting operations, including international entities and intercompany consolidations Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting in a multi-entity environment Experience working within multi-currency organizations, including foreign exchange translation and revaluation Advanced Excel skills and strong ERP systems experience Proven ability to simplify complexity, build alignment, and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for strengthening processes, controls, and overall business performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
