UFC GYM Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is the backbone of the club, responsible for ensuring seamless daily functions, maintaining brand standards, and driving operational revenue. You will lead the "back office" and front-desk teams to provide a clean, organized, and high-energy environment for our members.

Key responsibilities include achieving financial targets, managing inventory control, maintaining accurate reporting, developing a high-performing operations team, ensuring brand presentation, instilling a sense of common responsibility, advocating for member retention, and supervising facility management.

Qualifications include previous management experience, strong communication skills, proactive leadership, and comfort with point-of-sales operations and administrative file management.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
