Process Maintenance Mechanic III - Nights

Shift: 2,2,3 schedule; 12-hour NIGHT SHIFT (6:00 PM-6:00 AM). 15% shift incentive. Responsibilities Provide customer-oriented service and support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on filling equipment, isolators, vial washers, autoclaves, parts washers, and automatic vial inspection equipment. Collaborate to troubleshoot equipment problems. Complete corrective work orders and preventative maintenance with attention to detail and required GMP documentation. Follow SOPs; maintain maintenance/repair logbooks. Support rotating on-call coverage (24/7). Work independently with general supervision for routine tasks. Perform lock-out tag-out; work overtime/off hours as needed. Use CMMS to find and close work orders; schedule workload with planner. Perform small projects as directed; use hand and power tools. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/related manufacturing (preferred). Occasionally climb ladders, crawl into tight spaces, lift/move test equipment up to 50 lbs, and work in clean spaces with gowning. Ability to stand up to 3 hours at a time. Preferred Skills Refrigeration, HVAC; clean room experience.
