Overview The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers—online, over the phone, and in person—to guide them in purchasing vehicles within a no‑haggle sales environment. The role requires timely response to leads, providing information, and guiding prospective buyers from initial contact through an in‑store experience, ultimately delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Respond promptly to leads and customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat. Provide detailed information about vehicle inventory, financing options, and promotions. Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their lifestyle, budget, and expectations. Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow up after purchase to ensure satisfaction and transition clients to the Service department for ongoing support. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Experience in sales or customer service preferred, especially in retail. Drive to set and achieve targeted sales goals. Willingness and ability to follow up with customers. Comfortable using technology and online sales tools. Valid in‑state driver’s license with a clean driving record. Compensation Monthly salary range: $2,858 to $8,700.
