Your Impact

In this role, you'll transcend symptom management; you'll assist in reviving routines, bolstering confidence, and reinvigorating the joy of everyday life. From guiding individuals recovering from strokes to empowering orthopedic patients as they regain movement post-surgery, your expertise will play a pivotal role in providing care that is as individual as each patient's journey.

This isn't a role for the faint-hearted or those who prefer shortcuts. Here, every patient has a unique narrative, and each therapy session contributes to their story of resilience and triumph. Working hand-in-hand with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers, you'll co-create rehabilitation plans that reflect the distinct identities of those you serve.

Why You Will Cherish Your Team - and Your New Home

We take pride in cultivating a welcoming atmosphere. Our rehabilitation team is not just a group of individuals clocking in for a shift; we rally for each other, share insights, and celebrate achievements, both big and small. Here, your voice is valued, your growth is prioritized, and the impact of your work is palpable every day.

And let's talk about the setting: Indianapolis boasts a rich tapestry of culture, community, and charisma. This city has something for everyone - from stunning parks that beckon for weekend strolls to vibrant arts districts that burst with creativity. You'll find an array of world-class dining, local breweries, and innovative markets that reflect the people and history of the region.

The community is alive with musical festivals, art shows, and culinary experiences that blend tradition with modernity. Whether you're exploring the expansive parks or cheering for the local sports teams, you'll be part of a lively atmosphere that champions both dynamic pursuits and cozy connections.

Your Ideal Fit

We seek someone who perceives occupational therapy as more than a job - it's a vocation. You'll light up at the sight of a patient regaining their ability to use their hands, walking with increased confidence, or finally expressing thoughts they struggled to articulate.

If you're an accomplished OTR/L or a promising new graduate, you will flourish here if you bring your heart, determination, and willingness to serve. If the blend of high-caliber patient care and a well-rounded lifestyle sounds intoxicating to you - your search ends here.

Join Us in Making a Difference

We extend an invitation to become part of something larger than a mere title. In this role, your contributions will help shape futures, empower recoveries, and restore what once was lost. You will do so in a region celebrated for its harmonious blend of activity and tranquility.

If you yearn to grow, give back, and embed yourself in a community where caring is paramount - we await your arrival.
