Pay & Benefits
- Salary: $80,000 to $115,000 annually based on experience

What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
- Assist with occasional SNF/Home Health cases as needed
- Document patient progress using Epic EMR system
- Contribute to a committed team with high standards of care
- Participate in rotating weekend coverage and rare holiday shifts
- Follow established protocols to develop and implement patient treatment plans
- Support community health initiatives and pediatric care in local schools
What You Need Required
- Valid Minnesota Physical Therapist License
- BLS certification within 1 year of hire
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC preferred)
Preferred
- Experience working in outpatient and inpatient environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to different clinical settings
