Administrative Assistant

Greentech Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate for an Administrative Assistant. 

Greentech Manufacturing, Inc. manufactures Crown Royal Stoves, a line of outdoor furnaces and automated biomass boilers that are used to heat homes and businesses. We also provide a full line of plumbing and heating products.

Administrative Assistant Job Duties:

• Greeting visitors, getting them the appropriate help.  

• Answer a multiple line phone system, direct phone calls, check voicemails & e-mails daily. 

• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical. 

• Process shipments for incoming and outgoing freight. 

• Customer Service

• Accounts Receivable (Process orders, Invoice, Collections).  

• Update and maintain accuracy for all dealer account files. 

• Assemble informational packets for mailing. 

• Prepare communications such as emails and other correspondence professionally using proper spelling and grammar. 

• Type, edit, and proofread documents. 

• Order office supplies. 

• Maintain new & existing excel and word documents. 

• Utilize Excel to produce high quality reports.

• Distribute incoming mail. 

• Demonstrate initiative by proactively identifying and transitioning to the next priority or task without direction.

• Coordinate travel arrangements and dealer visits. 

• Clean when needed.

Required Skills: The candidate must have a strong work ethic, be dependable, organized and able to multi-task, have excellent time management skills, as well as strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to work well with others, be computer literate and have good typing skills, accurate and attentive to detail, and be a problem solver. The candidate must be efficient in Word and Excel and have some accounting knowledge. 

Education: High School Diploma or GED. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office setting. Must have some accounting knowledge.

Hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Salary based upon experience.
