In this role, you will work closely with our clinical staff and patients to coordinate the diagnosed treatment from the treatment presentation through scheduling and follow-up. You will explain recommended procedures, review insurance benefits and patient estimates, discuss financial options, answer patient questions, and help remove barriers that may prevent patients from moving forward with their care. We are looking for someone with previous dental treatment coordination experience who is comfortable discussing both clinical treatment and financial arrangements. You should be organized, reliable, detail-oriented, confident communicating with patients, and able to build trust while maintaining a professional and compassionate approach. Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans to patients in a clear and compassionate manner Help patients understand recommended treatment, sequencing, and next steps Discuss treatment fees, insurance estimates, and patient financial responsibilities Verify and review dental insurance benefits as needed Coordinate treatment scheduling and follow-up with patients Follow up with patients who have outstanding or unscheduled treatment Communicate with patients by phone, email, and in person Work closely with doctors, clinical staff, and the front office team Maintain accurate patient records and treatment information Help patients feel comfortable and confident moving forward with their dental care Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and positive attitude Qualifications Previous dental treatment coordination experience required Strong understanding of dental terminology and treatment procedures Knowledge of dental insurance and benefits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable discussing treatment fees and financial arrangements Strong organizational and time-management skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities Professional, friendly, and compassionate personality Dependable and team-oriented Ability to work effectively in a busy dental office environment #J-18808-Ljbffr MIDDLETOWN FAMILY DENTISTRY PA
