Assist the team and the Solution Architect with assessments, solution design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ Dynamics 365 solution. Basic Qualifications:10+ years’ total experience, 5+ years' experience in consulting, business analysis, implementation, or product support in CRM systemsMust have:Experience working on implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365Significant Experience of working in Customer Engagement ModulesDynamics CRM Configuration, Customization, Java Script, Plug Ins, Workflows/Custom Workflow, .Net, C#, WCF, SSIS & SSRSHands-on Azure Integration Services or similar experienceDesign & Development of new modules in Dynamics 365 CRMSQL Programming knowledgeWork on production support activities and trouble shoot issues as and when requiredMinimum of 2 full lifecycle Dynamics CRM implementations (Analysis - Deployment)Must have excellent time management and organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, work well in teams, and instill customer confidenceStrong customer relationship skills and experienceAbility to establish priorities and work independentlyHealthcare knowledge a plusPosting Date:Department: -
