Licensed Insurance Producer

Supporting customers in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment, the full-time Remote Inbound Insurance Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries regarding health insurance plans, benefits, and claims while working from home during Pacific Time Zone business hours. Key responsibilities Manage high-volume inbound customer interactions and provide information on health insurance plans and services Research and resolve customer concerns, document interactions, and process claims as needed Educate customers on available products and services while maintaining compliance with company policies Required qualifications 1-2 years of customer service experience in call centers, insurance, or related industries Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Strong internet connection with specified minimum speeds and latency requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with multiple software programs simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills
