As a Pantry Cook , you're not just preparing great tasting food items - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Ideal candidate:
2 years hotel/restaurant experience, pantry or Garde manger experience.
High volume and bulk cooking experience.
Ability to provide full open varied scheduling.

Shift Pattern: Varied AM PM (Union role). 8 hours shifts, Open availability required including weekends and holidays; shifts will be dependent on business levels and seniority scheduling.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Assemble appealing dishes: Carefully arrange and plate dishes to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Keep designated food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
