The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Prior hotel experience
Prior union management experience
Previous experience managing a larger team under a collective bargaining agreement
High volume multioutlet experience
Computer and Microsoft Office literacy
Ability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Previous kitchen leadership experience of 3+ years (Chef de Cuisine, Senior Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef)
