You’ll spend your time leading the Orlando operation with full responsibility for performance, profitability, and growth. You’ll mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and Operations leaders while creating processes that help projects run efficiently and consistently. You’ll own office P&L, review forecasting and project performance, partner with preconstruction teams to pursue profitable work, and build lasting relationships with owners, developers, architects, and industry partners. You’ll play a key role in both winning work and delivering it successfully. What you’ll get is the opportunity to influence more than individual projects.
