Family Medicine Physician
Location: Lancaster, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $228,000–$350,000 annually
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including preventive services and chronic disease management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary care for adult and family patient populations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct physical exams, wellness visits, and preventive screenings.
- Manage approximately 23–25 patients per day.
- Coordinate care with specialists and educate patients on treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
- Eligible for or able to obtain a California medical license.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Alternative 10-hour shifts available.
- 100% outpatient setting.
- No weekends or on-call duties.
