What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care for patients in a Level 3 NICU with an average daily census of 17 patients
• Manage over 400 NICU admissions annually, ensuring high-quality care
• Collaborate with a team of 7 neonatologists and multidisciplinary staff
• Participate in a mix of clinical duties, including managing ventilated patients and providing therapies like nitric oxide and therapeutic cooling
• Support teaching and mentoring of medical students and residents, including an upcoming OB/GYN residency program
• Engage in continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Maintain documentation and participate in on-call coverage as part of a dedicated team

What You Need

Required:

• Valid medical license in New Jersey
• Board certification or eligibility in Neonatology
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a Level 3 NICU setting
• Experience with advanced neonatal therapies and procedures
