Professional growth and development training on a quarterly basis. Here Is What You Will Be Doing Assist technicians in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Fill orders from stock and notify the manager about out‑of‑stock parts that need immediate attention. Notify the Service Advisors when special‑order parts are received. Pull orders for delivery to technicians and follow up on back‑ordered parts. Work with outside companies to sell parts wholesale to outside shops and businesses. Assist wholesale account customers in selecting required parts or accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Locate or order parts as needed. Prepare invoices for parts to be delivered to wholesale customers. Maintain and solicit wholesale accounts in person and by telephone. Keep parts manager informed on the status of accounts. Make outbound calls and update CRM daily. Here Is What You Will Need At least 2 years of dealership parts counter experience required. CDK experience, OPS, CCC and OEC knowledge a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office experience a plus. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities at once. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
