Production Associate - Now Hiring

Your responsibilities:

- General labor: assist with various tasks across the factory floor, including material handling, sorting components, sweeping, and general area cleanup.
- Machine support: load raw materials or components into simple machines and remove finished parts, preparing them for the next stage.
- Visual inspection: perform basic visual quality checks on products to identify obvious flaws or missing components.
- Packaging and labeling: assist with the final stages of production, including packaging finished goods and applying basic tracking labels.
- Flexibility: quickly learn and execute different factory support tasks as priorities shift during the short-term mandate.

dress code:
To comply with strict food safety standards, all associates must adhere to specific dress code guidelines. You may wear comfortable sneakers along with ankle-length pants and a standard shirt, provided your clothing does not feature any obscene imagery or language. There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for jewelry on the production floor, meaning no rings, necklaces, earrings, or facial piercings are permitted at any time. Fake nails and nail polish are entirely prohibited. No perfume or cologne is allowed and individuals should shower prior to heading into work as this is a food production facility. Finally, please be aware that smoking is only allowed outside in the designated smoking area.
