Location: Otay Mesa, CA 92154
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite, Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay Range: $20.00/hr.+ D.O.E.
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis in Otay Mesa. This is a contract role , offering a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, assisting customers with inquiries, orders, or concerns.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to follow up on customer requests or escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and courteous attitude in all customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and call center procedures to meet performance and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have previous and recent call center or customer service experience within the past 3yrs. within a logistics/distribution industry preferred!
- Bilingual (fluent) in French and English with excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to navigate computer systems and enter data efficiently while on calls.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work full-time onsite, Monday through Friday.
