Monitor the status of the CR lifecycle and supply required artifacts for proposal submittals.Provide timely inputs for the proposal schedule to ensure execution of the detailed plan.Obtain approvals and support configuration management with PDM and contract technical documents.Who You AreYou are a collaborative engineer skilled at aligning diverse teams toward common goals. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.Basic Qualifications• BS in Engineering or alternate STEM major with technical experience• Project Engineering/technical experience• Strong interpersonal and organization skills Desired Skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.’• Excellent presentation skills.• F-35 Program Experience• Experience developing project plans, basis-of-estimates, and integrated master schedules.• Experience working with PDM and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel).• Experience with contract modifications proposals• EVMS and / or CAM experience.
