Join Our Fabrication Team as a Sheet Metal Press Brake Specialist

Location: Madison Heights, VA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM – 2:00 AM (2nd Shift)

Compensation: $17–$19 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

From the moment you clock in at 4:30 PM, you’ll review work orders, study prints, and prepare tooling for the evening’s production runs. You’ll set up the press brake, confirm bend allowances, and run first-article checks using tape measures, calipers, and other precision tools. Throughout the shift, you’ll form metal components to spec, fine-tune machine settings to nail critical dimensions, and keep parts moving safely and efficiently. You’ll wrap up by performing routine maintenance and resetting your area so the next shift starts strong.

• Set up and operate press brake equipment to create accurate bends and forms per drawings and work orders.
• Interpret blueprints and production documentation to plan sequences and verify dimensions.
• Measure and inspect completed parts with precision tools to meet quality standards.
• Adjust machine parameters/tooling to maintain accuracy and repeatability.
• Safely load and unload sheet and plate materials.
• Complete routine maintenance and keep a clean, organized workstation.
• Follow all safety practices and company procedures.

• Experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication; prior press brake operation preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring devices confidently.
• Strong quality focus and attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and solid work ethic.
• Mechanical aptitude; background with metal products is a plus.
