SENIOR LITIGATION ATTORNEY – CONSTRUCTION LAWLocation: Tampa Bay, FLBase Salary: $160,000–$220,000Bonus: UncappedExperience: 7+ YearsWork Arrangement: Potential Hybrid / Remote FlexibilityKey Perk: 100% Employer-Paid Medical for Employees + DependentsPOSITION OVERVIEWOur client, an AV Preeminent-rated boutique construction law firm, is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to lead complex construction and civil litigation matters.This role offers low billable requirements, uncapped bonuses, comprehensive family benefits, and potential hybrid or remote flexibility for the right candidate.WHAT YOU’LL DO• Manage complex litigation from initial claims through trial, arbitration, or board hearings.

• Handle commercial construction disputes, delay claims, and other high-value matters.
• Develop legal strategies that protect clients and support business objectives.
• Advise contractors, owners, suppliers, and business leaders on legal and operational issues.
• Mentor and direct attorneys and paralegals throughout case development.
• Produce high-quality legal work while maintaining strong client relationships.WHAT YOU’LL BRING• 7+ years of civil litigation and/or construction law experience.
• Proven experience managing complex, high-stakes litigation.
• Florida construction law experience preferred.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and strategic skills.
• Ability to independently lead cases and advise business owners.
• Board certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction project delivery and critical path delay analysis is a plus.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS• $160,000–$220,000 base salary + uncapped bonuses.
