Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy licensure in Oregon
- Experience working within school-based or early intervention (EI) programs
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills for early childhood populations
- Ability to work effectively in itinerant positions, adapting to various educational settings
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion for serving children with diverse needs and supporting families
What You'll Do:
- Deliver direct OT services to a diverse early childhood caseload, focusing on students’ independence and participation
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations in collaboration with a supportive EI evaluation team
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Consult with educators, parents, and other professionals to facilitate student progress
- Travel between sites as needed as part of an itinerant team
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation
