Compensation & Benefits $75,000 - $100,000+ annual earning potential Up to $500 Sign‑on Bonus ($250 after 90 days, $250 after 180 days) Full Paid Training Program Provided (90 Days) Health insurance (50% employer paid) plus dental 401(k) with employer match Paid vacation and personal days Massive new and used vehicle inventory to sell from Clear career advancement paths What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Engage with customers across all channels: work directly with customers who walk into our showroom, call in with questions, or inquire online through our website. Welcome and assist guests in finding a vehicle that fits their needs and budget. Build and maintain friendly, strong relationships with clients. Follow up with incoming internet leads and phone inquiries using our CRM tools to schedule appointments. Provide a high level of hospitality and customer service throughout the entire buying process. Work collaboratively with our management team to hit monthly sales goals. Who We Are Looking For (Requirements) No automotive experience required! We will train the right person. Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, restaurant service, or phone customer service are a huge plus. A professional, positive, motivated, and coachable attitude. Strong communication skills (both in‑person and over the phone/email) and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. A valid driver’s license is required.
