A.E.S & Technology Sales Representative

Primary Job Role Drive growth for the Advanced Electrical Services group within Ring Power’s assigned territory. Manage the territory effectively, including conducting cold calls, building and strengthening relationships with customers, and expanding the customer base. Provide or facilitate technical and educational support to customers, collaborating with Ring Power technical and training experts to build credibility and advance customer learning about products, services, and solutions. Assist managers in developing annual goals and objectives for the market, including specific accounts, products and/or industries, and conduct periodic progress reviews. Collaborate with Ring Power professionals, departments, and divisions on marketing, sales, service, and operations. Develop and maintain customer accounts, including establishing proper credit levels and tracking all sales opportunities and activities in the CRM while keeping records current. Develop and submit yearly territory forecast and plan for approval by manager. Serve as the customer's primary contact for technology including Vision Link, Product Link, MCC and all other Caterpillar applications. Perform other duties as assigned. Education And Experience Formal Education: High School diploma or GED. Experience: 1–2 years. Required / Credentials: Able to comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers; valid driver’s license; ability to pass a drug test. Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria: Sales experience; industry or technical experience; CRM experience; Microsoft Office 365 Suite. Updating of Knowledge Job requirements frequently change requiring re‑training once or more per year.
