What You'll Do Help lead and develop a high-performing sales team Drive sales performance through coaching, accountability, and process Work directly with customers and sales consultants throughout the sales process Assist with deal structure and negotiations Support CRM utilization, follow‑up, and lead management Foster a positive and competitive sales culture Deliver an exceptional customer experience Collaborate with leadership to achieve dealership goals Qualifications Automotive sales experience required Proven record of success in automotive retail Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Leadership mentality with a positive attitude Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license Why Tom Kadlec Kia?
