Solution Consultant

To support a growing practice, the contract-to-permanent Solution Consultant will guide clients through discovery, implementation, and adoption of AI-enabled project management solutions while working fully remotely. Key responsibilities: Leading discovery sessions to understand business needs and translating them into OnePlan configurations Implementing and integrating PPM or Work Management platforms, including Microsoft Project Online and Smartsheet Delivering workshops, demos, and presentations to showcase solution possibilities to clients Required qualifications: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with PPM or Work Management platforms in a SaaS or consulting environment Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Project, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 Understanding of PPM and SPM concepts such as capacity planning and resource management Consultative mindset with the ability to map business processes to system configurations Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
