This position serves as a critical link between Sales, Production, Inventory, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure customer requirements are met while maintaining productivity, quality, and service expectations. Key Responsibilities Supervise, mentor, and develop a team responsible for supporting pre-sales and production operations activities Coordinate daily workflow to ensure customer requirements, production priorities, and operational deadlines are achieved Partner with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics, and Technical teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requests Monitor production workflows and proactively identify bottlenecks or process inefficiencies Implement corrective actions to improve throughput, accuracy, and operational performance Oversee product evaluations, testing coordination, documentation, and production support activities Develop, maintain, and enhance standard operating procedures and work instructions Serve as the primary escalation point for complex operational and production-related issues Track department performance metrics and prepare operational reports for leadership review Ensure activities comply with company quality standards, policies, and procedures Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and customer experience Allocate resources and prioritize workloads to meet business objectives and service commitments Perform additional duties and projects as assigned What We Are Looking For Previous experience leading or supervising employees in a production, operations, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or technical environment Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on employee development Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and service excellence Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to balance operational priorities while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge And Skills Strong leadership and team management skills Experience with ERP systems and workflow management tools Strong analytical and reporting capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Process improvement and problem-solving abilities Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Strong attention to detail and quality assurance practicesKnowledge of industrial automation, electronics, manufacturing, repair, or technical operations preferredAbility to analyze operational data and make informed business recommendations Education And Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in a production, operations, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, repair, or technical leadership role preferred Experience managing workflows, reporting metrics, and supporting operational performance initiatives preferred Experience working with cross-functional teams in a customer-focused environment preferred Compensation The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $55,000 annually . Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
