Senior Technical Project Manager

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in technical project management and enterprise software development lifecycles.

• Proficiency in Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies to deliver large-scale data modernization initiatives.

• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS and Snowflake for enterprise data warehousing.

• Experience in executing complex data engineering, data integration, and data quality improvement projects.

• Experience with navigating public healthcare data compliance and transitioning legacy systems like SAS.

• Experience in utilizing project management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite for executive reporting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical architectures to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of a large-scale enterprise data modernization and cloud re-platforming initiative.

• Develop detailed project plans, define strict technical scopes, and allocate complex engineering resources.

• Architect comprehensive risk mitigation strategies and actively monitor project contingencies to ensure on-time delivery.

• Facilitate rigorous change management processes and oversee continuous software release cycles.

• Direct cross-functional matrixed teams encompassing data engineers, public health researchers, and third-party vendors.

• Prepare comprehensive executive presentations and solution approach documents to align senior leadership.

• Establish and enforce technical project governance frameworks to maintain strict adherence to organizational objectives.
