Job title: Recruiter

Location: Houston, TX

Pay: $40-$45, DOE

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field and operations roles from intake through offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and workforce planning.
• Source candidates using job boards, ATS databases, social media, referrals, and networking strategies.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition activity within the ATS.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and hiring progress.
• Support recruiting initiatives such as job fairs, hiring events, and workforce outreach efforts.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or industrial recruiting environments.
• Proven experience recruiting for field-based or skilled labor roles such as:
  • Field Service Technicians
  • Manufacturing/Production employees
  • CNC Machinists
  • Warehouse Associates
  • Maintenance Technicians
  • Skilled Trades positions
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with Workday strongly preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
