Job Summary


Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support student enrollment and onboarding, provide executive administrative support, manage CRM & data, and integrate digital tools. The role primarily involves acting as a bridge between prospective students and the classroom, managing enrollment documentation, onboarding students into online platforms, providing technical guidance, and ensuring smooth transitions to student services. Additionally, the role involves working closely with the founder, handling administrative tasks, optimizing workflows, and maintaining data for government contracts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage student enrollment and onboarding processes, collecting necessary documentation and setting up students on Teachable and Blackboard platforms.
  • Provide executive administrative support, acting as an operational right hand to the founder.
  • Handle communication management and task management to support strategic growth.
  • Maintain CRM and data integrity using HubSpot and Microsoft tools to satisfy government reporting requirements.
  • Assist in integrating digital tools and facilitating platform navigation between various systems.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration with a focus on operational/back-office flow.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Products and CRM systems, with a preference for HubSpot.
  • Understanding of healthcare industry and revenue cycle management.
  • Experience in healthcare and education (vocational or medical training settings) preferred.
  • Previous use of Blackboard or HubSpot is advantageous.
Skills
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Products and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Soft skills: High multitasking ability and comfort in an evolving, tech-forward environment.
Additional Requirements
  • Location: Remote (Candidates must provide their own equipment).
  • Flexible hours during daytime, initially requiring 20-25 hours per week with potential to transition to full-time within 6 months.

Eligibility for health benefits is based on verifying that an average of 30 hours per week during the first 4 weeks of the work assignment has been met. If you meet eligibility requirements and take action to enroll, you will be covered no earlier than 60 days into your assignment, depending on plan selection(s)).
  • 401k (Eligible on the first 401k open enrollment date following 6 consecutive months on assignment. 401k Open Enrollment dates are 1/1, 4/1, 7/1, and 10/1).
  • Short Term Disability Insurance.
  • Term Life Insurance Plan.
