Locations: Covenant Skilled Nursing & Rehab at Wellspring – Saginaw
Position Type: Part-time, Day Shift

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality nursing care that honors resident rights, dignity, and individuality.

• Complete daily resident assessments and document physical and emotional well-being.

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and team members.

• Keep nursing leadership informed of resident status and clinical changes.

• Provide supervision and support to unit staff in alignment with policies and procedures.

• Uphold organizational standards, safety protocols, and infection control practices.

• Respond promptly and professionally to resident and family needs.

What You Bring

• Current Michigan LPN license (required).

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program.

• Two years of nursing experience preferred (home health, med-surg, critical care, or similar).

• A heart for seniors and a commitment to showing up—for them, for your team, and for the mission.

Schedule & Compensation

Shifts:  Part-time , Day 6:00 am – 6:00 pm

Weekends/Holidays: Every 3 rd weekend rotation and every 3rd holiday (required)

Pay: $29.40 – $32.15/hour (based on licensure)

Sign-on Bonus: $2,500.00
