Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading mail order pharmacy specializing in dispensing non-insurance medications across all 50 states and DC. Operating primarily with generic, brand, and specialty medications, this position focuses on sterile compounding within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Location: Middletown, OH
Type: Contract to hire (13-week contract with potential for direct hire)
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 12 AM
• Possible Saturday rotation as volume increases

Key Responsibilities:

• Check and verify sterile compounded medications with precision and care
• Respond to provider and patient calls as necessary
• Collaborate with team members to manage high volume and ensure smooth workflow

Desired Experience:

• Strong preference for prior sterile compounding experience
• Retail pharmacists with solid non-sterile compounding background are also encouraged to apply
• Ability to quickly adapt to workflow demands and maintain teamwork under pressure

Licensing Requirements:

• Active Ohio pharmacist license
