As a Business Development Manager III within PNC's Financial Wellness Solutions organization, you will be based in the Midwest Territory.At PNC Financial Wellness Solutions, we partner with employers to help improve the financial well-being of their workforce. Our portfolio includes: Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) Student Debt Solutions Earned Wage Access Financial Education and Wellness Programs Other employer-sponsored financial wellness and benefit solutionsThis role is primarily focused on supporting the Relationship Manager (RM) book of business, working with assigned Relationship Managers to pursue opportunities with existing clients and targeted prospects within the Large Corporate, Diversified Industries Group (DIG), and Financial Institutions Group (FIG) segments. You will identify, qualify, and advance opportunities using a consultative sales approach, leading efforts from initial engagement through close.You will position differentiated financial wellness solutions—including health and benefit accounts, student debt solution, earned wage access, and other workforce financial wellness capabilities—to senior decision?makers and key stakeholders. The role includes closing new business and expanding existing client relationships in partnership with internal teams. The Business Development Manager will also build market presence through professional networking and collaboration with Centers of Influence (COIs), brokers, and strategic partners to support opportunity development and pipeline growth.This role requires travel within the supported territory to meet with Relationship Managers, clients, prospects, and partners.Candidates who have experience selling or consulting on employer-sponsored benefit solutions, including: Consumer-Directed Healthcare (CDH) products Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) COBRA or benefits administration solutions Employee benefits technology platforms Financial wellness programs Payroll, HRIS, or workforce solutions Experience selling to one or more of the following audiences: Human Resources leaders Benefits leaders Total Rewards professionals Benefits consultants and brokers Payroll decision-makers Finance leaders Candidates with direct Consumer-Directed Healthcare (CDH), HSA, FSA, HRA, employee benefits, benefits administration, or financial wellness sales experience are strongly preferred.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
