Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team of caregivers who make a difference in the lives of our clients. As a Caregiver with Stand Out Home Care, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients in their homes, providing personalized care and support to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with medication management and administration
• Support clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Encourage socialization and engagement through activities and outings
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate with clients and families about their care plan

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience (training provided)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and their families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
