Fundamentally, the role’s responsibility is to ensure the right analysis and information is in the right hands, in real time.The role will function as a leader in AI implementation in the powered land acquisition process and cross-functional coordination (Land Enablement, Power, Finance, Legal, and Sales).**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Ensure timely data capture of inbound powered land opportunities* Manage the project action & status tracking inbound powered land opportunities* Prepare and coordinate powered land acquisition approvals for Executive Leadership and the Board of Directors* Prepare regular reporting on powered land acquisition efforts for Executive Leadership and the Board of Directors* Support organic development efforts with site identification driven by artificial intelligence tools* Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis, supporting the Executive Leadership and department heads on an as-needed basis* Develop strong collaborative working relationships with various internal data shareholders, across multiple disciplines**STRONGLY DESIRED WORKING EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF:*** Highest standards of accuracy and precision;
