divh2Senior Payroll Accountant/h2pThe Senior Payroll Accountant is responsible for leading and overseeing the full payroll function for a well-known Restaurant Group, including multi-state payroll processing, compliance, reporting, reconciliation, and audit support. This role ensures payroll is processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. In addition to payroll execution, this position manages payroll-related administrative workflows, monitors the payroll email inbox, processes employee pay changes and promotions, and prepares post-payroll reports to support Finance in completing journal entries and financial reporting. This position operates with a payroll-as-a-service mindset, serving as the primary payroll resource for employees, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
