Key Responsibilities: Sell executive search and direct hire services to new and existing clients. (NOTE: Recruiters or Recruiting-focused professionals are not a fit) Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective client opportunities Meet or exceed individual GP and revenue goals What We’re Looking For: Proven success generating $250K+ in annual gross profit (GP) Recent (last 2 positions) selling staffing/search solutions at a staffing/search firm.
