Lease Administrator

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Temple Terrace, FL that is seeking a Lease Administrator.Responsibilities:

• Review and abstract commercial lease documents into lease administration systems
• Maintain lease records, critical dates, and contractual obligations
• Analyze lease terms including options, rent schedules, taxes, insurance provisions, and operating expenses
• Conduct Common Area Maintenance (CAM), tax, and insurance reconciliation reviews
• Research and resolve lease-related discrepancies with landlords
• Review legal real estate documents including lease amendments, estoppels, and other lease-related agreements
• Monitor lease compliance and ensure portfolio data accuracy
• Support reporting, audits, and various lease administration projects
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external property owners
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines and service level expectations

Skills

• 2+ years of commercial lease administration experience
• Experience reviewing and interpreting commercial lease agreements
• Understanding of critical dates, lease options, operating expenses, taxes, and insurance provisions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
