RPh on the Go is seeking 3–4 Inpatient Staff Pharmacists for second-shift opportunities at a hospital in Louisiana. This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists with inpatient experience who are interested in a 13-week contract with the potential for an extension or permanent hire.

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 12:30 PM–9:00 PM

Rotating weekends

13-week contract with potential for extension or direct hire

Hospital Overview

131-bed hospital with approximately 60–70 active beds

Electronic order entry: Epic

Automated dispensing system: Pyxis

Responsibilities

Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and clinical appropriateness.

Support safe medication dispensing and distribution for inpatient patients.

Collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals to support patient care.

Follow hospital procedures and applicable pharmacy regulations.

Requirements

Active Louisiana pharmacist license in good standing.

Previous inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required.

Pyxis experience preferred; training available.

Epic experience preferred; training available.

Availability for second shift and rotating weekends.
