Electrical Hardware Engineer – HPC/AI Platform Engineering (Early Career) This role is onsite, with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office. Key Responsibilities Design portions of electrical and electronic parts, subsystems, integrated circuitry, and algorithms based on established engineering principles and development technology practices. Develop and implement parameters and test plans for existing designs, including validation of tolerances, form/fit/function, shock and vibration, electromagnetic interference, safety, reliability, thermal generation, and system power measurements. Collaborate and communicate with internal and outsourced development partners on electrical hardware design and development. Participate as a member of a project team of electrical hardware engineers and development partners to develop reliable, cost‑effective, and high‑quality solutions for low to moderately complex products. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 2–4 years of experience in electrical hardware engineering. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience or understanding of electrical design tools and software packages, including simulation, schematic, and layout design tools. Proficient at designing electronic components, integrated circuitry, and algorithms. Effective communication of design proposals and negotiation of options. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mastery required). Local language proficiency is a plus. Knowledge & Skills Ability to partner, innovate, and drive initiatives.
