MANAGEMENT ANALYST IV - OAHU

Recruitment Number: 24-0013 Salary $5,369 to $6,535 per month (SR-22, Step D to I) Location Downtown – Department of Law Enforcement and Department of Accounting and General Services Responsibilities Positions in this occupational field supervise, perform or provide staff leadership, guidance and assistance in the management analysis functions involved in program management. Level IV positions analyze, evaluate, develop recommendations, and develop plans and procedures for large departmental field offices and/or interrelated organizational units covering administrative and staff functions. They conduct analysis and research on issues such as reorganizations, administrative rules, etc. Qualifications Legal Authorization to Work: citizens, nationals, permanent residents, or eligible under federal law. Basic Education: bachelor's degree from an accredited four‑year college or university. General Experience: six (6) months of professional work involving the analysis and evaluation of managerial policies, systems, methods and practices in the development and/or improvement of same. Specialized Experience: two (2) years of professional management analysis experience, including organizational analyses, work measurement/methods studies, management information systems design and evaluation, management surveys to identify problem areas and develop recommendations for improving economy, efficiency and effectiveness.
