THE JOB

This is a field-based Territory Sales Representative role for someone who genuinely enjoys hunting for new business. You will own the Orlando market and spend the majority of your time in the field developing relationships with apartment communities, property management groups, and key decision-makers throughout the multifamily industry. This is not a role where leads simply land in your inbox. You will be expected to create opportunities through consistent face-to-face prospecting, build relationships over time, demonstrate the technology, and ultimately close new business. If you like autonomy, being out in the market, meeting people, and building your own book of business, this is a strong opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

• Own and develop a defined Orlando territory
• Prospect apartment communities and multifamily organizations in person
• Build relationships with property managers, regional leaders, and other decision-makers
• Identify operational challenges and uncover new business opportunities
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations
• Manage opportunities from initial conversation through close
• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle
• Partner with customers during implementation and launch
• Build a strong referral and relationship network throughout the territory
• Track activity, pipeline, and sales performance within the CRM

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of outside sales, territory sales, business development, or field sales experience
• Demonstrated success generating new business through outbound prospecting
• Comfortable walking into businesses, introducing yourself, and starting conversations
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
• Ability to independently manage and grow a territory
• Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable being held accountable to activity and revenue goals
• Grit, persistence, and strong follow-through
• Comfortable navigating a relationship-driven sales cycle
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to spend the majority of the workweek in the field
• Multifamily or property management experience is a plus, but not required
• Must live in the Orlando, Florida market
