Business Analyst/ Journey Mapping
Fort Worth, TX
Hybrid onsite requirement
Must be onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders to understand current and future-state client journeys
- Develop journey maps, service blueprints, process maps, and impact assessments
- Support business architects in evaluating value streams, organizational maturity, and operating model improvements
- Analyze end-to-end client experiences and identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with UX, Business Architecture, and Intelligent Automation teams
- Work across multiple stakeholder groups to align priorities and improve business processes
- Support initiatives involving process mining, task mining, automation opportunities, and AI-enabled process improvements
- Translate discovery findings into actionable recommendations and operational improvements
- Assist with roadmap development and future-state planning
Required Experience
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience creating:
- Journey Maps
- Service Blueprints
- Process Flows
- Swim Lane Diagrams
- Impact Assessments
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and executive stakeholders
- Experience working across multiple business units and functional teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
- Business Architecture exposure
- Value Stream Mapping
- Customer/Client Journey Design
- Service Design methodologies
- UX research or customer experience initiatives
- Process mining or task mining experience
- AI, Intelligent Automation, or Digital Worker initiatives
- Financial Services, Wealth Management, Banking, or Brokerage experience
