About the Role: As a Sales Representative at RBA, you'll receive pre-qualified leads—no cold calling! Your role will be to conduct engaging presentations for homeowners, helping them make confident choices for their home projects.

What We Need From You:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- 2+ years of experience in outside sales or similar field
- Must possess a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and maintain current, valid commercial/personal auto liability insurance meeting the company's minimum coverage requirements ($100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident). Continued employment in this role is contingent upon maintaining these credentials
- A strong ethical approach and a willingness to embrace RBA's values
