Description: This position reports directly to the owner of the store and manages many of the operational and day-to-day aspects of the business.  The Collective offers a personalized and high-quality shopping experience to our clients and we pride ourselves on creating relationships with those who visit the store.  This position manages inventory and supplies, team member scheduling, education and performance, store maintenance and cleaning, and assists with merchandising and marketing.  

Qualifications:  Applicants should be familiar with POS systems for the purpose of sales, customer communication, and analytics.  Experience managing a small team is required.  Prompt and clear communication are key.  Applicants should provide top notch customer service and a polished approach to sales.  Team player is a must... your success is only as good as the newest/least experienced team member.

Compensation and Schedule:

30 - 40 hours per week. One weekend day is required each week.  Holidays and summer are peak tourist season in Park City.  As such, team members are expected to be available during these times.

Hourly employment (rate is dependent on experience) plus 2% in-store commission.
