Sign-On Bonus: $100 after completing 30 hours within 30 days (in good standing with attendance and completed shifts)

What You Will Do

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers
• Support mobility through walking assistance and range-of-motion exercises
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Provide medication reminders and document compliance
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Follow safety, infection control, and fall prevention protocols
• Document care accurately using our mobile app

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and Social Security card
• Active CNA license if applicable or PCA certification/test completion (for PCAs)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Recent negative TB test (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to safely lift and transfer clients
• Basic comfort using mobile apps for documentation
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
